They'd like to get in touch with an interesting character who performs to a high standard musically in a way which enables them to communicate/express themselves/tell their story, in spite of their condition. It doesn't have to be a 'traditional' music performance necessarily, so can be a bit out of the box.

BBC Music Day celebrates the power of music to change lives with over 1000 events across the UK and broadcasts on TV, Radio and digital. In 2018, programmes reached over 13 million viewers on TV, 14 million on radio and trended on Twitter throughout the day. The initiative united 100 external partners who delivered over a thousand live music events, which featured in over 100 different BBC programmes.
