Survey: Investigating the use of at-home dance resources
Evidence shows that participating in dance can offer both physical and non-physical benefits to older people and those with neurological conditions such as Parkinson's. In recent times, especially in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been an increase in availability and use of at-home dance resources. Organisations providing community dance programmes have been working quickly to develop videos and online sessions to enable people to practice dance-based activities while unable to attend in-person classes.
The aim of this research is to find out how remote dance resources may be used effectively and to help develop and improve these resources.
We would like to hear from people who have attended dance classes or used at-home dance resources, as well as people who are interested in using these resources.
